| Mary Moulder joined the Cowles Foundation staff as my secretary in
mid-April 1998 and is now working as my assistant in running the Journal Econometric
Theory. I am delighted to have Mary with us, thank her for her wonderful effort
settling in and learning the ET Journal protocol and wish her a long and enjoyable stay
